We had an amazing 1 night stay. Beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. We were able to get into the room a little early and they also gave us a late checkout because of my diamond status. The upgraded room with a view was much appreciated also. Breakfast was delicious in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel! Thanks to all staff.
A truly exceptional stay at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. From the moment I reached out prior to arrival, the concierge team were prompt, attentive, and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for what was to come. On arrival, everything felt effortless; the doormen, check-in process, and all staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding, from breakfast to the bar, with every detail handled seamlessly. The hotel itself is stunning; elegantly designed and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping ensured the room was spotless at all times, and any request was dealt with immediately and efficiently. The food was of exceptional quality, with a particularly delicious breakfast that stood out. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, polished, and genuinely brilliant. An outstanding experience from start to finish, I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
I arrived at the hotel early, ordered coffee in the lobby lounge to prepare the room, waited, and was ready to go up (around 11 o'clock), so thank you for the welcome drink. The room was not spacious because it was a solo trip, but the canal from the room was really nice, and the staff were all kind and the concierge team always felt welcoming, so I was happy. As a member of Hilton Diamond, I ordered egg Benedict for breakfast, but I was a little disappointed because the bread was dry, there was no turn-down service, and I ordered simple room service for dinner, but the amount of salad was too small, so I thought I ordered a children's menu.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam turned into a truly exceptional experience. The location is amazing, perfectly situated to explore the beauty of the city, and the rooms were absolutely stunning, offering both comfort and elegance. A special mention to Bryghton Angunza (Bellman), who is an absolute gem and a true asset to the hotel. His professionalism and warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed every time we crossed paths. We are also incredibly grateful to Shannon Lowe, who has a remarkable ability to make guests feel valued, ensuring your loyalty is truly appreciated and acknowledged while going above and beyond to enhance your stay. The breakfast was top notch easily one of the best we’ve experienced. The quality, variety, and attentive staff truly stood out and added to the overall luxury feel of the stay. We had an amazing time in Amsterdam, and it was even more enjoyable knowing there are plenty of halal dining options in the vicinity, making it convenient and comfortable for us. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
